Why You Need Our Free 30 Day Trial.

When you are shopping for a new answering service, one of the main differences between South Coast Answering Service, and others, is our generous free 30 day trial*.  Most answering services offer just 7 to 14 days to try them out and we just don’t think that is quite enough time.

Orange County Answering ServiceAnswering services today offer a wide assortment of virtual services beyond the simple taking of messages. A modern call center like South Coast Answering will follow detailed instructions programmed into the agent’s workstation to determine the nature of your call.  We can then follow the procedure you have laid out for us to cover any number of responses your callers may provide.

For this reason, we believe it can take a few days for any answering service to work with you to establish and refine exactly what you want, and how you want it, so your callers always receive the customer service experience you want them to have.

We want you to truly enjoy the benefit of employing a top flight answering service, hitting on all cylinders before you decide.

Does our free 30 day trial* work?  Over 90% of the customers who take our free trial stay on with us as customers. We believe that says it all.

We invite you to take the free 30 day trial* at South Coast Answering Service

* Receive an industry leading 30-day test drive. Total value of this free trial will not exceed $250. Any programming time or Agent training time beyond what we deem customary may be billable to client. Ask a Central Sales Representative for details.

What is Happening in South Orange County?

In a time when there seems to be so much bad news coming out in the press, we thought it might be nice to hear some good news. This post is all about good news.

Our lovely home town of San Clemente is building and upgrading some of it’s services buildings. A recent check the Orange County Register turned up three headlines that talked about new buildings going up, which will serve the citizens of this beautiful city.

Take a look:

All the news out in cyber-world is NOT bad news. An Excerpt from the Senior Center story put a nice smile on my face:

“I think it’s the most phenomenally beautiful building I’ve ever had the pleasure of being in, or working in,” said Cathy Lee, the center’s executive director. “The center is very cozy and inviting. I think it’s time for San Clemente to come check out their local senior center.”

SEE A SLIDE SHOW HERE.

The center is much more spacious than the 4,500-square-foot facility it replaces. The original facility, part of the San Clemente Library complex at 242 Avenida Del Mar, has housed the senior center since 1982. The old senior center is almost empty now, Lee said, and will become part of an expanded library.”

That is all I have for you today, to read more good news about San Clemente, click on the Orange County Register link.

A Tale of Two Phones.

Thirty or so years ago, a young women decided to start her own Answering Service. She loved to talk to people, and had a knack for earning the trust of others. Not quite sure what to do with her talent, the answer came to her one day as she was chatting on the phone with a friend. She could help busy offices with their phone call overload.  She found the equipment, and a space she could rent,  and within a year, had successfully established her business. The young woman realized after a few short weeks that she was going to need some help. She started assembling a team to help her with her growing business. Over the yearsr, South Coast Answering became one of  the most  successful answering services in South Orange County.

As the company grew, she never lost that personal touch. Always making certain her clients were well take care of, and that the callers she helped for them, always felt like they were talking to a knowledgeable  employee, not just a message taker on the other end of the line. There came a time when she wanted to scale back her work a bit, so she offered her business to John Yocca, and Central Communications. She knew John would take care of her clients just as she had. Nevertheless,  she still comes in a few days a week, and takes care of her customers.
